Deposits and Balances
A deposit is required at the point of booking to secure your date. This will be provided to you with the full quotation. All deposits are non-refundable or transferable. The balance of your booking is due one month before your collection/delivery date. Once this balance has been paid, a refund will not be available.
Prices
As we offer a fully bespoke service, prices are specific to your order. Once a design has been confirmed, we will provide a quote which will take into consideration the time, complexity, size and decoration of your order. We look forward to discussing your bespoke cake with you.
Collection/Delivery
This will be confirmed at point of booking and is subject to availability and location. We will discuss this with you and the quotation will include delivery, if applicable.
Food Allergies and Intolerances
Please ask if you require information on the ingredients in the food we serve. We are happy to take allergy information into consideration when making an order. For example, we have made gluten-free and dairy-free orders and have received very positive feedback. Whilst we do endeavour to ensure that the cake is free from the allergen stated in the order, please note that they will still be made in a kitchen where allergens may be present. Therefore, the choice to place the order remains with the customer as we cannot guarantee that our cakes are completely allergen free.
